Invitation Design & Printing
"How much are invitations" is a question we get often. The options in this category are vast from paper selections, print/finish types, to standard rectangle or diecut shapes - don't worry we help explain some of these terms below. We always suggest to discuss the options over coffee where you can look and feel samples and decide on things like a single invitation or a multi card suite, we can then provide you with an accurate quote based on your quantity required and the selections discussed.
Digital / White Ink Print
Traditional digital and white ink printing is elevated by our wide selection of beautifully textured paper stocks from the German Gmund range to Japanese Coco Linen and so many in between, the options are limitless! Simple does not mean understated.
Hot Foil Stamping
If you thought letterpress was exquisite then try adding another level of romance to your invitations with hot foil stamping, this is where your choice of foil colour is used to create the cushion impression of your dreams. The result - simply stunning.
Letterpress
There is nothing quite like the beautiful impression of letterpress to add a level of luxury to your invitations. Choose a timeless black ink or opt for a colour paired to your envelope or details card to make a point of difference and stand out from the crowd.
Diecut Shapes
Choose from a wide range of pre-made shapes or step out of the box and create a custom shape which can be applied to any individual card in your suite. Diecutting your paper adds a beautiful element to your multi dimensional invitation suite.
Event Signage / On The Day Stationery
Cohesion at your event is a must have, so ensuring all of your stationery pairs back is our main priority. We not only offer basic signage design and printing such as welcome signs, seating charts and bar signs but we also offer 3D acrylic add ons as well as all your on the day stationery requirements including items such as menus, place cards, bombonieri tags etc. These come in all different shapes and sizes, for example signage varies from standard hanging to large format free standing display pieces, and menus on the other hand can be a simple standard rectangle or layered diecut shaped placecards to add a statement to your table scape, the options really are vast. A few different options/examples are displayed for you below.
Guest Menu / Placecards
Choose to personalise a simple rectangle menu with your guest names to add level of sophistication to your table without blowing the budget, or turn your table into a breathtaking moment with layered shapes and colours - we love having fun here!
Acrylic Features
Add 3D acrylic lettering to your signage to create a multi-dimensional effect or uses elements of acrylic throughout your on the day suite for an added level of luxury. These gorgeous red marble guest coasters/placecards are a perfect example.
Hanging Signage
Traditional hanging signage can be designed and printed to be collected as supply only, or you can choose to have us on site to setup and hire from our variety of signage stands we have available (find more details on our hire items down below).
Freestanding Signage
Turn your entrance and guest seating chart into a focal piece by opting for large format signage - this is one of our favourite spaces to play around with! Step away from the norm and don't be afraid to go bigger and bolder with this feature.

Concept Creation
Ready to plan your event, but no idea where to start? After a thorough consultation, we create a concept for your event including floorplan, decor options, supplier recos and a moodboard. Perfect for the DIY gal who just needs a little bit of direction!
Styling & Co-Ordination
If DIY isn't your thing, allow us to assist you to bring your vision to life by helping to execute the styling elements of your event and by being there on the day to co-ordinate with all suppliers and ensure the setup runs smoothly and efficiently as per the brief!
Full Co-Ordination Service
Want us more involved? Allow us to take control of your event and engage all required external suppliers and liaise with them for you in the lead up to your event so that you can sit back and prioritise simply enjoying the experience!
On The Day Only
For the planner who has organised everything themselves and just needs us on site for the day to setup and execute the vision. Our job is to ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on being present and preparing for the day!

Backdrops
We have a small selection of simple white and nude backdrops on hand that can be customised in a variety of different ways with balloons and/or florals to create the most beautiful photo opportunity at your next family event.
Signage Stands / Plinths
Available to our signage clients, are a range of signage stands varying from simple white hanging frames in various sizes to standing signage holders. We also have a range of plinths available, perfect for cake stands, signage accompaniments, or wedding arbours.
Table Numbers
With a wide range of ready made acrylic table numbers available for hire, each set also has a matching wishing well if you require it. Alternatively, we can custom make any size, colour, shape to suit your event, just ask!
Candle Holders
We have a wide range of candle holders available for hire and as part of our styling service we can also source and supply the highest quality non-drip candles in a variety of different shapes, sizes and colours.
